We are currently Hiring for Application/ Tech Support Engineers - Chennai Work Location.

Position: Tech Support Engineer

Experience: 1 - 3 Yrs

Work Location : Siurseri, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria: (Mandatory)
B.E or any UG Degree with 60% and above
XII - 60% and above
X - 60% and above

Job Description:
  • Responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions and Trouble Shooting etc.
  • Responsible for handling customer relationship.
  • Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams.
  • Manages and maintain server and client configurations.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution.
  • Investigate the issues reported by users and provide the solution for L1 issues.
  • Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution.
  • Preventive Monitoring &Maintenance. Expert in all types of log analysis.
