Role :: Sales Head - India

Position Summary ::  This is a sales leadership position where the individual will be responsible for driving business from new and existing customers from India geography.

Reports to :  Head-India & APAC

Skill Set Required

1. Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having more than 15 years of experience in driving/leading sales of Software Products/Solutions (license and application development).
2. Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions across multiple verticals/Industry (preferably BFSI, Enterprise, Government).
3. Should have experience of managing business across varied regions in India.
4. Strong sales leadership with experience of managing dynamic and high performing sales team.
5. Strong market connects/network in SI/Consulting community.
6. Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
7. Strong negotiation and convincing skills for managing customer issues.
8. Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi-cultural environment.

Job Description

1. To create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
2. To execute strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization and team management.
3. To Design and drive marketing activities/ events and positioning Newgen with various industry stakeholders.
4. To builds strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
5. To ensure all customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
6. Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries.
7. To be responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
8. To drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments.
