- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Working knowledge of ISO Standards.
- Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, seating areas, washrooms, and all public spaces.
- Vendor management and Material procurement
- Responsible for Internal as well as External Audits
- Supervise the preventive maintenance
- Transportation arrangements, Accommodation booking and Travel ticket booking
- Preparing & sharing MIS
- Support in Policy & Process formulation & implementation manuals and implementing them
- Handling Time Office and maintenance of attendance & leave records
- Liaison with Government officials etc. and Knowledge of information security policy and ISO policies.
