Position : Solution Sales Specialist (Eastern Region)

Nature of work :

The incumbent would be responsible for independently managing the entire gamut of sales operations of the assigned region (Eastern Region) thereby achieving the sales target.

Reports To : Regional Sales Manager-East

Qualification and Experience:

MBA and/ or engineer from an institute of repute.

3-8 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions.


Desired Profile :

  • Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions.
  • Should have experience in New Account Acquisition.
  • Ability to forecast future sales trends.
  • Ability to do account management & mapping Key Decision Makers and Key Influentials at CXO levels
  • Understands sales cycle in Government verticals.
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition
  • Strong account management and business acumen
  • Experience of working with SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.
  • Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
  • Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation from New Account and expand customer base in the assigned region
  • Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
  • Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
  • Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
  • Create Newgens visibility in different areas through participating in events and road-shows. Represent Newgen in Seminars, Webinars and in social media.
