Job Description

Nature of Work:

PMO reports directly into the office of Global Delivery Head.
Role is to monitor operations of a large team of software developers, that includes, multi-shore operations, fixed price & TnM projects across geographies and industries.
Operations Governance is on near real time basis with daily / weekly / monthly reporting
Track project status by interacting with Delivery Managers and Project Managers
Track billing milestones and unexecuted order book for next 3 months on a rolling basis
Ensure that status of projects reaches the right level of management in case escalations along with recommendations on corrective actions
Work closely with Delivery Management to ensure that productivity and utilization of projects meets organization goals
Track time sheet and utilization and follow up with managers to ensure the same.
Create Standard Operating Procedures to establish and improve the functioning of the PMO office.
Help implement tools to improve the efficiency of PMO.

Required Candidate profile

Qualification & Experience:

MBA/PGDM is a must. 10-13yrs of experience in a leading IT organisation in a similar role.

Skillset:

Has understanding of Project Status Standards, Processes, Methodologies & Templates
Ability to maintain Real-Time Projects Database & Status
Is able to pick up multiple aspects of Project Planning & Tracking of Cost, Time & Effort Utilization
Can create Real-Time Projects Performance Dashboard
Pro-active Tracking & Management of Risks & Compliance
Good user of xls sheets and project tracking tools
Quick learner with eye for detail and the ability to see data patterns
Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality to be able to interact with seniors and juniors alike.


Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 14,00,000 PA.
