Position Executive Technical Support

Job Description

The incumbent will be:
  • Responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions, Testing, Integration of S/w Product/ Solutions, Training and Trouble Shooting etc.
  • Responsible for handling customer relationship.
  • Job Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for :
  • Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams.
  • Manages and maintain server and client configurations.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution.
  • Investigate the issues reported by users and provide the solution for L1 issues.
  • Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution.
  • Preventive Monitoring &Maintenance. Expert in all types of log analysis.
  • User acceptance testing and user Hand Holdings.


Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
